  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking info when it ships.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping across the United States. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts), within the continental U.S.


4. Delivery Issues

  • Petsperience is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If your package is missing, damaged, or delayed, please contact the carrier first. Then contact us for additional support if needed.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

  • Certain items (e.g., large items, hazardous materials) may have shipping limitations.


6. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If you choose Local Pickup at checkout:

  • You will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready.
